At PawPerfect Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page and send us your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
